What we can and cannot help with

We love hearing from readers and we genuinely use feedback to shape the site. To help us reply quickly and usefully, here is a quick guide to what each kind of message is best for.

Calculator questions and bug reports are our top priority. If a result looks wrong, tell us the room dimensions, paint type and number of coats you entered, and what you expected. Even better, send the share link. We investigate every report and push fixes within days.

Feature requests are always welcome and many of our best ideas come from readers. We cannot promise to build everything, but we keep a public roadmap of the most-requested tools and revisit it regularly. Popular requests right now include a tile calculator, a wallpaper estimator and a multi-surface project planner.

Guide corrections matter to us. Our guides are researched and written carefully, but painting practices vary by region, climate and material. If you spot something that does not match your professional experience, write in — we will review the source, update the article and credit your correction if you would like.

Partnerships and press can be sent to the same address with "Partnership" or "Press" in the subject line. We are open to collaborations with paint manufacturers, decorators and home-improvement publishers where the partnership genuinely improves the tool for readers.

We do not currently offer a telephone painting-advice line, and we cannot quote for or carry out painting work — HeavenHome is a tools and information site, not a contractor. For project-specific advice beyond what the guides cover, a local professional decorator is your best port of call.
